Justin has over 10 years' experience in engineering, with project experience from brownfield and greenfield project delivery, commissioning and shutdown support, plant refurbishments and switchboard replacement requiring management of multidiscipline teams. In addition Justin has detail engineering experience in electrical design and arc flash modelling.

Working with a wide range of businesses from major operators (including BHP and Rio Tinto) and Tier 1 contractors to supporting small start-up companies with pilot plants has grown his understanding of and passion for life-cycle cost across the projects and operations.

Robin has extensive experience across the resource industry including both oil and gas and mining sectors working with Operators, Contractors and consultants. Working across sectors and organizations has enabled Robin a deep understanding of the value of:

• Stakeholder engagement and interfacing

• Planning, communication and management of change

Pui Ratchawiwat

Senior Engineer

Pui has over 12 years' experience in engineering covering the mining and building services industries internationally and in Australia.

Projects include design and commissioning of processing plant and building facilities; substation, switchboard and VVVF replacement; HV and LV protection studies using client specified software (PowerFactory, PowerCAD and ETAP); Protection relay programming and testing.
